On October 17, the Chinese EV maker announced the launch of a new variant of its ES6 electric SUV , the ES6 Milestone Edition, to commemorate the SUV's upcoming milestone of 300,000 units delivered later this month  Chinese EV maker Nio has released the new ES6 Milestone Edition, marking the milestone of 300,000 cumulative ES6 deliveries later this month since the model’s launch. The company announced the edition on November 17 along with pricing details. Nio announced the 300,000th ES6 rolled off the production line on November 1 . Lo scorso 28 Novembre l’autorità australiana per la proprietà intellettuale ha respinto il ricorso della Casa tedesca , che si era opposta all’uso della denominazione ES perché avrebbe violato i diritti di marchio Audi per S6 ed S8. L'azione legale di Audi è iniziata 3 anni fa   Nio può utilizzare in Australia la denominazione ES per i suoi modelli: lo scorso 28 Novembre infatti l’autorità australiana per la proprietà intellettuale, in merito all' opposizione di Audi contro la domanda di registrazione dei marchi ES6, ES7 ed ES8 depositata dalla Casa cinese Nio , l' autorità australiana per la proprietà intellettuale si è pronunciata posizioni principali avanzate da Nio e ha respinto il ricorso di Audi, che si era opposta perché la denominazione ES avrebbe violato i diritti di marchio Audi per i modelli S6 e S8.
