The Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker has previewed the extended-range version of its G7 Suv. According to some Chinese sources Maserati and Alfa Romeo are planning to use Chery’s E0X high-performance electric platform as the basis for their future electric models, following the adoption of the E0X platform by the first SUV under Land Rover’s Freelander brand . Another source stated that Chery’s E0X platform and its iCAR brand are currently in negotiations with several European and South Korean automakers.
