The Huracán GT3's successor is expected to make worldwide r acing debut at 2026 Sebring 12 Hours in March.  The Temerario racer carries over the four-litre twin-turbo V8 of the road-going car launched last year, whereas the Huracan GT3 was powered by a 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10. Lamborghini has reaffirmed its commitment to international motorsport and today launches at Goodwood Festival of Speed the new Temerario GT3, the very first race car derived from the Temerario road model. The Temerario GT3 is the Huracán GT3's successor and is the first to be entirely designed, developed and built at the Sant’Agata Bolognese factory in Italy. The Temerario GT3 has been developed to be competitive with all relevant makes of tires and GT3 regulations and aims to serve the needs of Lamborghini’s customer teams , who require an increasingly refined and raceable product. Presentata in anteprima mondiale alla Monterey Car Week in California, è equipaggiata con un powertrain che abbina un V8 4.0  biturbo a 3 motori elettrici per una potenza complessiva di 920 Cv e velocità massima di 343 km/h con accelerazione da 0 a 100 km/h in 2,7” Nuova Temerario sostituisce la Huracán e il suo V10 aspirato con un powertrain ibrido plug-in che abbina un nuovo V8 biturbo a benzina 4.0 da 800 Cv erogati fra 9.000 e 9.750 giri/min e coppia massima di 730 Nm (erogati tra 4.000 e 7.000 giri/min) a 3 propulsori elettrici. Il V8 biturbo può arrivare a 10.000 giri al minuto , valore normalmente riservato a motori da competizione, mentre la pressione massima di sovralimentazione dei turbocompressori è 2,5 bar e la pressione delle turbine è controllata da una valvola wastegate e da un sensore di velocità delle giranti.
