Al Salone dell’auto di Shanghai il numero uno della Casa tedesca, e del gruppo Volkswagen, ha riconosciuto le difficoltà in Cina. “Le vendite dei nostri modelli elettrici in questo Paese sono relativamente basse ” ha affermato “Xiaomi e Yangwang sono EV interessanti, ma non sono nostri competitor: non offrono la capacità di guida di una Porsche ” ha precisato  Tempi duri per la Porsche in Cina . Nel primo trimestre di quest’anno le vendite in questo Paese, suo ex primo mercato, sono crollate del 42% : è il peggior risultato dal 2013 e a questo ritmo saranno più che dimezzate a fine 2025 rispetto al 2023. Si tratta di una flessione che segue il -18% del 2024 in un mercato che un tempo rappresentava un terzo delle vendite globali della Casa tedesca. The Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer showcased its latest humanoid robot “Iron” at Auto Shanghai 2025. According to Xpeng, Iron is already operational on its automotive production lines, assisting in the assembly of upcoming electric vehicles.
