Volkswagen Golf R: 333 HP and 270 km/h for the new hot hatch
The new version of the VW high-performance Golf receives 13 HP more than the previous one for a maximum power of 333 HP at 270 km/h thanks to the Performance package as standard for Italy. Prices for the Italian market from 60,750 euros to 66,250 euros for the special Black Edition series Volkswagen completes the range of the new Golf version with the R, the sportiest of all, powered by a 333 HP 2.0 turbo petrol engine : as on the previous R in the special 20 Years version, created in 2022 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the R (the first R was, in 2002, the R32 with the 241 HP 3.2 6-cylinder) and 13 HP more than the standard R of the previous Golf, for a total of 333 HP and 420 Nm of maximum torque.
