Updated Zeekr 001 interior unveiled

On October 4th, Zeekr officially revealed the interior of its updated Zeekr 001 featuring a “Starry Sky Concert Hall” cabin concept with significantly enhanced infotainment systems and luxury appointments. The official launch will be on October 11th, with deliveries commencing at the same time;

On October 4th, Zeekr officially revealed the interior of its updated Zeekr 001 electric shooting brake, featuring a “Starry Sky Concert Hall” cabin concept. Most notably, there is a 16-inch 3.5K central control screen (previously was 15.05-inch 2.5K) that supports 30° rotation, a 13.02-inch high-definition instrument panel, an 8-inch rear control screen, a 39.3-inch AR-HUD, and 29 speakers. A large area are covered in Nappa leather and the center console is covered in suede. 

The rear seats offer a maximum reclining angle of 125° and are equipped with legrest and footrest. The legrest extends up to 350 mm and adjusts over an 87° range. The front seats also support 20 massage points while the rear seats support 12. The sunroof can be digitally controlled to display different constellation patterns via the rear control screen, which is embedded with 500 light units that added 1 mm to the glass thickness. 

The body dimensions are 4977/1999mm/1545 mm (l/w/h), with a wheelbase of 3005 mm. The most comprehensive upgrades are reserved for the drive and powertrains, with the 001 now gaining a 900-volt platform compared to the previous 800V platform and even more power, with the RWD version with 103 kWh Battery getting a boost from 310 kW to 370k W, and the dual motor version with 95 kWh Battery now pushing power to 680 kW with the more powerful motor on the rear and the 310 kW motor moved to the front, unlocking a 2.83 seconds 0-100 km/h sprint and 280 km/h top speed. The 95 kWh capacity variant supports 12C fast charging, and takes 7 minutes to recharge the battery from 10% to 80%. 

Pre-sales commenced on 23 September with customers able to secure their order with a 2,000 yuan (£210 / $280) / €240) deposit, getting a 7,000 yuan (£731 / $983 / €842) discount from the final purchase price in the process. The revised model is expected to retail from around 270,000 yuan (£28,200 / $37,900 / €32,500) when it officially goes on sale on 11 October, rising slightly from the current model’s entry price of 259,000 yuan.
