La campagna, avviata ufficialmente il 30 giugno 2025, coinvolge 1.847 esemplari che sono stati prodotti da luglio 2020 e luglio 2024. Oggetto del richiamo: deformazione insufficiente di alcuni rivetti che fissano il gancio del cofano , che potrebbe sollevarsi o staccarsi  Il 30 giugno 2025 Lamborghini ha avviato una campagna di richiamo che coinvolge 1.847 esemplari di Urus e Urus Performante prodotti da luglio 2020 a luglio 2024 . Gli esemplari interessati potrebbero avere alcuni rivetti che fissano gli attacchi del gancio del cofano con una deformazione insufficiente .
